1. Use your right of return within 14 days

As soon as you receive your order, you inform Fluer.dk that you wish to exercise your right of return.
Contact us at fiskegrej@fluer.dk. Remember to write your order number and name in the email. See conditions below.

2. Return the item

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time the goods are delivered to you until the goods are in Fluer's hands again. Remember to pack the goods carefully. . You can return the goods either by delivering them in person or by sending them. Use either Postnord or GLS. We do not receive packages from Dao. We do not receive packages without delivery or packages sent by cash on delivery.

3. Refund

Once the item has been received by Fluer.dk, the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. See terms and conditions below.

Please pay attention to the size of the package. Unfortunately, GLS has size restrictions for packages. Your return package must have the following maximum dimensions:

Maximum 20 kg.
Max 300 cm = 1 x Length + 2 x Height + 2 x Width

Certain items cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature. This applies to: Bait and long fishing rods. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

The costs for returning are expected to amount to a maximum of approximately DKK 49.-

If you wish to return your order, the following conditions apply:

You have a 14-day right of return at Fluer.dk.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store, but you may not put them into actual use.

Missing original packaging and information signs may constitute a decrease in value, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.
(but not including additional costs resulting from your own choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.

We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you regret your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item.

For reels that have line service installed, the amount for the line will not be refunded.
