Shipping policy

At Fluer.dk, our goal is to ship your package as quickly as possible. We hope you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Receive your order 1–5 days after placing it. If you order before 2:00 PM, we’ll pack and ship it the same day. However, some products in the store may first need to be transported to the warehouse, in which case you can expect your order to be shipped the following day.

We have packages picked up daily at 5:00 PM and do everything we can to ship your package immediately. If there are any shortages or items we cannot deliver for valid reasons, we will contact you right away.

For orders without home delivery, the package will be ready in the parcel locker the next morning and often before 1:00 PM. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments in the event of any changes in circumstances at PostNord. Delivery is handled by PostNord, and all packages come with a tracking number. The shipment is insured in case anything breaks or goes missing. Read more about our general terms and conditions here.

At Fluer.dk, 96% of our packaging is recycled. That’s because we care for the environment we fish in.
We ship so many different boxes from our warehouse that we don’t make many identical ones. So if it’s a rod along with a net or something else impossible to pack, we take it as a challenge. We use all kinds of boxes—from kids’ toys, cereal boxes, wine boxes, drainpipes, and much more. Really, only our imagination sets the limits for our creative packaging.
