The following sales and delivery terms apply to all deliveries from www.fluer.dk. These terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into between the buyer and www.fluer.dk.

Exchange of Christmas gifts

Christmas shopping with fluer.dk gives you the best terms. When you buy Christmas gifts at fluer.dk, you can exchange them until 15 January. Christmas gifts purchased in November qualify for the exchange right when you write "Christmas gift" in the order comment.

Price and payment

At Fluer.dk you can pay with Anyday, Dankort and international credit cards (Visa/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB). All prices at Fluer.dk, at the web address http://www.fluer.dk, include VAT but exclude postage/shipping.

At fluer.dk we do not charge a card fee.

With Anyday you can split your payment into 4 instalments. You pay the first instalment of 25% when the item is dispatched, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Read the terms of use for Anyday here.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods, after which the interest- and fee-free monthly payment falls due on the 20th of each month. The payment agreement with ViaBill lapses when a purchase is cancelled, cf. section 26 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. ViaBill finances purchases up to DKK 2,000. Applicable to Greenland and the Faroe Islands: Payment is made according to the applicable Post Danmark "Carry On" (air) rates.

For percentage discounts on entire assortments, the discount always applies only to recommended retail prices. If an item, product group or brand is excluded from a discount code, the item will not be dispatched until full payment has been made.

The amount is only charged to your card when the item is dispatched. If you find an item on the shop for, for example, DKK 0, it is probably being created or there is an error in the system; do not order it, as we will simply delete your order in cases of bad-faith purchases.

Gift cards must not be ordered together with goods or alone when a discount code is used.

Price guarantee is subject to our acceptance. We must see documentation of the offer, and the price guarantee agreement must be made before ordering.

Price match

• We only price match with authorised Danish retailers and online retailers.

• We do not price match products that have been parallel imported.

• Price matching only applies to products that both we and the competitor have in stock, meaning that it does not apply to special-order items.

• The product must be in stock at the competitor in order to qualify for price matching.

• We only price match exactly the same products, which means identical sizes, colours, model years, etc.

• We compare prices excluding delivery costs.

• Price matching does not apply when prices are combined with other discounts such as membership discounts, gift cards, discount coupons and similar.

• We do not price match if the lower price is due to special sales formats such as outlet/clearance sales, offers with limited quantities, queue offers, introductory offers, closing-down sales, discontinued items, demo products and similar. However, we naturally match normal time-limited offers.

Delivery time and transport

Delivery of goods from Fluer.dk is considered to have taken place when the customer has received the goods.

All orders are sent with GLS unless otherwise specifically agreed between the buyer and Fluer.dk. This means that the goods are dispatched within 48 hours after the order has been received. Delivery to the buyer's address or post box in Denmark will therefore normally take place within 3 days.

If an item unexpectedly is not in stock, we will contact you by phone or send an SMS/email.

Transport damage must be reported within 7 working days after the parcel has been collected.

An insured parcel costs from DKK 39 regardless of quantity and size (no surcharge for long rods).

Free shipping is available for purchases over DKK 1,000.

Today, we dispatch 97% of our orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays on the same day. Therefore, almost all parcels from fluer.dk are delivered from day to day.

Parcels without home delivery to a selected parcel locker will be sent to the nearest parcel shop if there is no room in the locker. There may be situations where the postal service cannot deliver to the selected location and instead delivers to the nearest parcel shop. During Black Friday days and the Christmas shopping period, some parcel shops may be so full that they cannot accept more parcels.

NOTE: During periods such as Corona, Black Week, Black Friday, etc. in Denmark, we have a few orders that may have extra delivery time, and GLS, which is also experiencing extraordinary busyness during this period just like us, may also cause extra delivery time.

Uncollected parcels or parcels returned as unwanted will be offset against return freight of DKK 59.

Right of withdrawal

NOTE: Christmas gifts can be exchanged until 15 January for other goods or gift cards.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you have received your item, or receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

Within 14 days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notice must be given by email to fiskegrej@fluer.dk, by telephone on 71718080, or by using the standard withdrawal form. In your notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use the enclosed form. For reels that have had line service spooled on, the amount for the line is not refunded.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to receive the goods without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Returns

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must pay the direct costs connected with returning the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Missing original packaging and information tags may possibly constitute a reduction in value, so to ensure that you can receive all your money back, we recommend that the goods are returned in the original packaging.

Certain goods, by their nature, cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: bait and long fishing rods. The return costs are expected to amount to a maximum of approximately DKK 49.

On fluer.dk, you can search for returns and have the option to buy a return label.

Condition of the goods when you return them

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods that is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may try the goods in the same way as if you were trying them in a physical shop, but you must not actually use them.

If the goods have been tried beyond what is described above, we consider them used, which means that, upon withdrawal from the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. For reels that have had line service spooled on, the amount for the line is not refunded.

The goods must be sent and cannot be delivered personally to the address. We do not accept parcels without home delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery.

NOTE: Do not send goods with DAO, as they usually deliver outside opening hours.

Right to complain

The defect rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act may apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain. This means that you can either have the item repaired or exchanged. If neither of these is possible, you are entitled to have the original purchase amount refunded. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. For goods with limited durability, your complaint option is limited by the durability period that Fluer.dk has promised you.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to obtain a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs. However, we pay a maximum of DKK 49, which is the cost of ordering a return label on fluer.dk.

Goods must be returned in a cleaned condition. Any dirty waders or similar will not be accepted or will be cleaned at the sender’s expense. We endeavour to process complaints as quickly as possible; in individual cases there may be a processing time of up to 14 days.

Some brands/products have extended guarantee and complaint terms. In such cases, the supplier’s rules and decisions will always be decisive in any complaint case. For purchases outside Denmark, all shipping costs in connection with a complaint are covered by the buyer.

In English: For purchases outside Denmark, Buyer must pay all shipping costs.

Product liability

We are only liable to the extent provided by Danish law.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and email address.

We register and disclose your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you. The personal data is registered with Fluer.dk, stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

The data controller at fluer.dk is Anders Rosendal.

As a person registered with Fluer.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right of access to the information registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this connection should be addressed to: info(a)fluer.dk.

Cookies

Fluer.dk uses cookies for the purpose of optimising the website and its functionality, thereby making the visit as easy as possible. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time; how to do so depends on your browser.

Log statistics

We use log statistics on fluer.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website they leave, etc. The log statistics are used only for the purpose of optimising fluer.dk.

Documentation and guidance

If product descriptions and user manuals exist for the item, these are included with the delivery from Fluer.dk. If you require further information or advice from us, this is of a guiding nature. Complaints procedure: If you wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact fiskegrej@fluer.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you may submit a complaint to the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for doing so are met.
