Types of bombardment
There are different variations of bombard floats that can be used in different situations and types of fishing. Generally speaking, these can be divided into floating and sinking bombard floats.
Sinking bombardment fleet
Sinking bombard floats come in different classes, which determines how quickly they sink from the moment they hit the water. Here you can choose between fast sinking, semi-slow sinking, and slow sinking. For the experienced angler, you can of course experiment depending on the fishing and area, but semi-slow sinking is often chosen, as the intermediate solution allows for most types of bombarda fishing.
Floating bombardment flotilla
Unlike the sinking variant, the floating bombard float stays on the surface. This means that you don't necessarily scare the fish, which can often be used in conjunction with powerbait . In conjunction with the floating bombard float, flies or flashes can also be used.

How to use bombardment floats
You need a line that can go through your bombard float and then you need to tie a hook, a swivel or a closed ring that prevents your bombard float from sliding down to your fly or the bait you are fishing with. From here you need 2.5 to 5 meters of lead line depending on your needs and type of fish. Then your fly or bait is mounted.
Depending on what you are fishing with you can vary from small, furious spin shots to slow spinning or fast spinning. You can read more about the different techniques on the small baits intended for bombarda fishing.
