Description

The Scientific Anglers Amplitude Smooth Trout Strategic 10.5 series caters to dedicated dry-fly trout anglers seeking lines optimized for various conditions and river sizes. This series offers three distinct head lengths—8.5m, 10.5m, and 12.5m—to suit small creeks, medium, and large rivers or personal casting preferences, while maintaining consistent tapers for control and feel.

  • Innovative AST Plus slickness additive ensures superior shooting performance and durability.
  • Designed with FFE technology tailored to the demands of European anglers.
  • Effective for both dry flies and nymph patterns.
  • Powerful front taper provides excellent turnover of long leaders.
  • Excellent line control at short and long distances, compatible with overhead and spey casts.
  • Stealth-colored head reduces spooking of fish, with a vibrant tracer for easy identification in low light.
  • Floating textured tip enhances flotation on the water surface.
  • Constructed with a braided multifilament core for strength and performance.
  • Available in multiple weight ratings (WF-3 to WF-8) for flexibility and precision.

These lines are ideal for anglers who require precision and accuracy in fly delivery, whether fishing slow, medium, or fast action rods in medium to large rivers or smaller creeks. Regular cleaning is recommended to maintain optimal flotation and performance.

  • No rush or rush

Despite being busy with many orders, due to wild prices, I received my 3rd order for May/June today without any errors or defects. Since some of the items I had ordered were sold out, I was contacted by Rene, who I assume is partly a warehouse worker for Fluer, and together we found a good alternative.

  • Great store

At Fluer.dk you are always greeted with a friendly tone, and always with help based on where you stand financially and in terms of experience... That is, you will receive incredibly friendly guidance, regardless of whether you are super experienced and only use the most expensive gear, or whether you are new to the "profession" and are finding your style...
