Description

The PENN Slammer® IV Spinning Reel is a robust and feature-packed saltwater spinning reel designed to withstand tough fishing conditions. Building on the proven IPX6 sealed body and spool, this reel includes the redesigned Slammer® drag system offering a broader range of usable drag supported by bearings for extra smoothness. It features an all-metal body and sideplate, CNC brass main gear technology, and an 8+1 stainless steel bearing system with a hydrophobic line roller bearing for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.

  • High corrosion resistance with IPX6 sealed body and spool design
  • Redesigned Slammer® drag system with Dura-Drag™ for smooth and progressive drag
  • Durable CNC brass gear technology
  • 8+1 stainless steel bearings for smooth operation
  • Hydrophobic line roller bearing reduces line twist and corrosion
  • Full metal body and sideplate for strength
  • Automatic bail trip on sizes 2500-5500; manual bail trip on sizes 6500-10500

This reel is ideal for saltwater fishing applications, particularly spinning techniques targeting species like sea trout (Havørred) and sea bass (Havbars).

  • No rush or rush

Despite being busy with many orders, due to wild prices, I received my 3rd order for May/June today without any errors or defects. Since some of the items I had ordered were sold out, I was contacted by Rene, who I assume is partly a warehouse worker for Fluer, and together we found a good alternative.

At Fluer.dk you are always greeted with a friendly tone, and always with help based on where you stand financially and in terms of experience... That is, you will receive incredibly friendly guidance, regardless of whether you are super experienced and only use the most expensive gear, or whether you are new to the "profession" and are finding your style... Fluer.dk must have the best recommendations from here, and thanks for the always best guidance and service.
