Description

The PENN Conflict XR Tuna series consists of premium trolling and drifting rods designed specifically for saltwater fishing enthusiasts targeting big game fish. These rods feature an extremely strong Carbon X-wrap blank, ensuring durability and power needed to handle large fish in deep sea environments.

  • Extremely strong blanks reinforced with X-wrap technology for superior strength.
  • Heavy Duty SeaGuide corrosion-resistant guides with an under-whipped spiral mounting on the left side, preventing the line from touching the rod blank under heavy loads.
  • High-density X-EVA grip combined with a slick butt protects the rod during use and provides excellent handling.
  • Full aluminum reel seat equipped with a double locking nut to securely hold the reel in place during intense fights.
  • Equipped with an aluminum gimbal that offers added strength and enhances secure connection when battling large fish.
  • Moderate rod action and available in line ratings from 20-80 lb suitable for various tuna fishing scenarios.

These rods are ideal for saltwater trolling and drifting targeting powerful saltwater species like tuna.

  • No rush or rush

Despite being busy with many orders, due to wild prices, I received my 3rd order for May/June today without any errors or defects. Since some of the items I had ordered were sold out, I was contacted by Rene, who I assume is partly a warehouse worker for Fluer, and together we found a good alternative.
